01 The apps

A start page and five apps

Each app does one part of a practice's work well, and they share one client list and one data file. The screenshots show the fictitious demonstration data that comes with the suite.

  1. 01
    Start page

    Full Compass Accountancy Suite

Where the day starts: the practice's clients across every app, what is due, and each app one click away, opened on the client you are looking at.

    • New Client: a company's, partnership's or sole trader's details entered once and set up in the apps you tick.
    • Deadlines for the whole practice: accounts to Companies House, company tax returns and corporation tax, Self Assessment returns and payments, and payroll submissions, each showing how its date is worked out.
    • A card for each client, showing what every app holds for them.
    • Users and sign-in shared by the apps, with each person's apps and clients.
    • Backup and restore of the data file, and updates for every app.
    • Test version
    • Windows 10 and 11
The start page's Home tab: a card for each app and the deadlines due in the next month for the demonstration clients.
